What Is A Little Caesars Fundraiser?
A Little Caesars fundraiser is a product fundraising idea where you sell pizza kits and promo codes to your supporters.
For every item your team sells, the pizza restaurant donates $6 to your cause.
Additionally, there are two methods for raising funds: traditional fundraising and digital fundraising. We discuss how each one works in detail later on.
Finally, it’s worth noting that, unlike a lot of other restaurant fundraisers, there’s no option for a Dine To Donate in-shop event.

Little Caesars Fundraising Products
Little Caesars allows you to fundraise with two types of products: pizza kits and in-store pickup promo codes.
Digital fundraisers allow you to sell both, while traditional fundraisers only let you sell pizza kits.
What Is A Pizza Kit?
A pizza kit includes all the ingredients you need to make a delicious Little Caesars-style pizza. There are multiple types of kits, including:
- Pepperoni Pizza Kit (makes two pizzas)
- Gluten Free Pepperoni Combo Kit (makes two pizzas)
- Personal Combo Kit (makes six pizzas)
- Cheese Pizza Kit (makes two pizzas)
- Thin Crust Pizza Kit (makes two pizzas)
In addition to the pizza kits, supporters can also purchase an Italian Cheese Bread Kit or Crazy Bread Kit with Crazy Sauce.
They can even purchase the following types of cookie dough:
- Peanut Butter Cookie Dough
- Sugar Cookie Dough
- Chocolate Chunk Cookie Dough
- Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Dough
What Is An In-Store Pickup Promo Code?
In-store pickup products are promo codes your supporters purchase using a fundraiser support link.
Once they make the purchase, the code is emailed to them. Then, they can redeem it at their local Little Caesars restaurant.
As of May 2023, each in-store pickup product costs about $26, and $6 is donated back to your cause.
One example of this type of product is the Detroit Dough Combo. This code lets you redeem two Detroit-Style Deep Dish Pepperoni pizzas and a Crazy Bread at the nearest restaurant.
Other In-store pickup promo code items include:
Who Can Start a Little Caesars Fundraiser?
According to Little Caesars, the following types of groups are eligible to start a fundraiser:
- Schools
- Sports Teams
- Places of Worship
- Other nonprofit organizations
If you don’t see your organization type listed above, consider reaching out to the company directly to figure out if you qualify.
Additionally, you must be located in the continental United States.
Once you submit your group’s details, the Little Caesars’ fundraising team will confirm your eligibility and help you get started.
How Does Little Caesars Fundraising Work?
There are two types of Little Caesars fundraising. While digital fundraising is entirely online, traditional fundraising involves collecting orders from supporters and distributing them in person.
However, both methods are risk-free, requiring no upfront cost.
Learn how each type of fundraiser works below.
Digital Fundraising
Digital fundraising is the simpler and more efficient method for fundraising. Some of benefits of this option include:
- No order minimum
- No money handling
- No delivery day
- No volunteers necessary
To get started, you first need to register your fundraiser on the Little Caesars fundraising website.
Once you register, you’ll receive a unique fundraiser code you can share with your supporters. When they buy a product using your code, you’ll get $6 for every item purchased.
Since Little Caesars takes care of the money collection, orders, and shipping, all you have to worry about is promoting your fundraiser.
Typically, fundraisers last about four weeks. During this time, supporters can buy pizza kits and promo codes so you can raise money.
Once the sale comes to an end, you’ll be able to see a report of the results in your Little Caesars fundraising Dashboard.
Finally, you’ll receive your payment in mail about two to four weeks after the end of the fundraiser.
Traditional Fundraising
In Traditional Little Caesars fundraising, you collect pizza kit orders from your supporters. Then, the company ships the products to a designated location and you distribute them in person.
To start a traditional fundraiser, the first step is registering an account. Once you sign up, Little Caesars will help you:
- Select your delivery location
- Schedule your week of delivery
- Get your brochures and order forms
Once you have your fundraising materials, you and your team members can start selling. Typically, the sale period lasts two to three weeks.
You can offer any of the kit products, but in-store pickup promo codes are only available in digital fundraising.
For each kit you sell, your organization receives $6. Your organization will collect funds before placing the bulk order, so be sure all checks and money orders are made out to you.
When the sale ends, you should give yourself at least one week to:
- Collect orders and payment
- Tally the orders
- Place your final bulk order
Once you send in your final order, the products will be shipped to one centralized location. However, be aware that there’s a 75 item minimum to receive bulk delivery.
Your payment is due upon delivery, where you can hand the driver a check or money order. Keep in mind that cash and credit cards are not accepted.
Finally, you can distribute the kits to your sellers. Little Caesars fundraising site suggests you recruit one volunteer for every 100 items sold.
Be sure to schedule your seller pickup at least one to three hours after delivery so you have time to unload and organize the orders.
How Much Profit Do You Make From A Little Caesars Fundraiser?
In a Little Caesars fundraiser you receive $6 for every item your group sells. So, the percent profit you make on each item can vary.
For example, the in-store pickup promo codes each cost about $26. Meanwhile, a Pepperoni Pizza Kit is about $22, while Cookie Dough Kits all cost about $20.
This means that:
- In-store promo codes earn you a 23% profit
- A Pepperoni Pizza Kit earns you a 27% profit
- Cookie Dough Kits earn you a 30% profit
While these numbers are generally on-par with other restaurant product fundraisers, you could earn 40% with other fundraising products like Smencils or Smickers.
Ultimately, it’s up to you to decide what you think will appeal to your supporters. Smaller profit margins can add up quickly if you pick the right product for your audience.
Little Caesars Fundraiser Reviews
We found quite a few positive reviews of Little Caesars fundraisers.
For example, She’s Becoming Domestic had this to say:
“These Pizza Kits are a creative way to get your kids involved in the dinner-making process, while also spending quality time with the family, and supporting a local fundraiser!”
Another blog, Common Ground Childcare, also had good things to say:
“These are easy peasy for toddlers to participate with. They cook up really nicely, they are easily shared, and did you know that a child is much more likely to try a food that they helped to prepare? It’s true!”
